- How to contact us
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three main ways: information you provide to us, information we collect automatically, and information we receive from third parties.
Information you provide
- Account and order details: name, email address, billing address, country, and password when you create an account or place an order.
- Payment information: credit or debit card number, expiration date, security code, and billing zip code. Payment card details are submitted directly to our payment processors (see Section 5) and are not stored on our servers.
- Communications: the content of emails, support tickets, community posts, Q&A submissions, and any other messages you send us.
- Marketing preferences: opt-in choices for email lists, SMS (where offered), and webinar registrations.
- Testimonials and reviews: any feedback, written testimonial, photo, or video you submit to us, which we may publish with your permission.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent, clicks, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 4 for details.
- Course progress: if you enroll, we record which modules and lessons you have viewed or completed.
Information from third parties
- Payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay) provide us with transaction confirmations and limited payment metadata.
- Authentication providers (if you log in with a third-party account) provide your name, email, and profile identifier.
- Advertising and analytics partners provide aggregated insights about how visitors find and use the Site.
We do not knowingly collect your business credit reports, business EIN information, or banking credentials. The course is educational; you apply for credit directly with vendors and lenders, not through us.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to:

- Send marketing communications about our products, promotions, live events, and new content (subject to your preferences and applicable law). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Personalize your experience, including recommending lessons or content based on your progress.
- Measure and improve the Services, including analyzing usage trends and testing new features.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights, property, and users.
5. Third-party services

6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations (including tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Specific retention periods include:
- Account records: for the life of your account plus a reasonable archival period.
- Transaction records: typically seven years for tax and accounting purposes.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Server logs and analytics: typically up to 26 months in aggregated form.
7. Data security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), restricted access controls, and reputable third-party processors that comply with industry standards such as PCI-DSS for payments. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
