1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete. The Services are intended for business owners, operators, and entrepreneurs, and they may not be available in every country.
2. Accounts and security
You may need to create an account to access certain parts of the Services. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone else.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@lawmox.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or that are shared across multiple individuals or businesses without our written authorization.
3. Purchases, pricing, and taxes
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are exclusive of any taxes, duties, or processing fees imposed by your jurisdiction or payment provider. You are responsible for any such taxes and fees. We may change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full amount of your order. If a payment is declined, reversed, or charged back, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until the matter is resolved.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
If you purchase a subscription (for example, the monthly plan), your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current renewal price at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@lawmox.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you will retain access until that date.
If you purchase lifetime access, your access is granted for the operational life of the Services. We are not obligated to maintain the Services indefinitely, but we will provide reasonable notice if we decide to discontinue them and, where practicable, an option to download content you have purchased.
5. Refunds and money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of our courses and lifetime memberships. To request a refund, email support@lawmox.com from the address on your order within 30 days of the original purchase date. We may ask for brief feedback about why the product wasn’t a fit.
Unless required by law, the following are not eligible for refund:
- Renewal charges on monthly subscriptions (cancel before the renewal date instead).
- Live coaching calls or events that have already occurred.
- Bundles or bonuses that have been redeemed in full.
- Repeat purchases of the same product by the same customer.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Once a refund is issued, your access to the related Services will end.
6. License to use the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, Lawmox grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your own internal business and educational purposes during the term of your access.
You may download materials we expressly designate as downloadable (such as PDF worksheets) for your personal use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, translate, create derivative works of, sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written consent.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to lawmox in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred u.s. dollars ($100). some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, and they may not apply to you.

14. Governing law, arbitration, and class waiver
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration agreement below, the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice describing the claim to support@lawmox.com. We will try to resolve the dispute within 60 days. If we cannot, either party may pursue arbitration as set out below.
Binding arbitration. Except for the carve-outs below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in Wilmington, Delaware, or by video conference if both parties agree. Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver. You and Lawmox each agree that any dispute will be resolved only on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as an email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
